today got kayaking, very tiring. my body aching badly. seriously. =] everything is happening so fast and so much activity is going on. after school, go for AMC briefing with afiqah then go kayaking then go eat. isn't that tiring ?? kk i know it looks little but the process is very tiring especially kayaking.

firstly of course we need to take down the kayaks. that only my arm strong not so good already. then must pedal back and forth with somebody holding our stern. it was so difficult and i was dying half way pedalling. haha =] then need to do push up at the water. it was funny, because we look so funny doing push up in the water. haha =]

after that, we went back to school and went to kfc. only rukhsana, dania, afiqah and me went to kfc but the rest went to mr prata. then meet again of course. then afiqah, hayati, atiqah and me had a bus ride in 291. haha =] the cikgu sufian thing was all a joke which i didn't knew all long. haha =] but now i know already lah.

k, overall rating for today was a fun and tiring day. that's all i can say. =] i had so much fun. it's true like miss chin said 'food' actually bring our friendship closer without realising. really, try figuring it out or reflect. =]
